Lipkowitz graduated from the University of Nevada in 2009 as a dual-major, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of CPA’s, and he served as Treasurer for the Biggest Little City Movement in 2014.
