Many new Midtown Reno apartments, condos, and townhomes are under construction or complete, creating new residential opportunities in the Biggest Little City. Here are four Midtown Reno projects for rent or for sale that should be on your radar:

Haskell Row Midtown Reno Apartments and Duplexes

Haskell Row will feature 30 luxury residential rental units and 4,000 square feet of new retail and office space located in the center of Midtown Reno. The project by George Graham, a real estate investor based in Manhattan, and Pilot Real Estate Group, a Connecticut-based investment firm, will be within walking distance of Reno’s trendiest shops, bars and restaurants.

The multi-use community offers twenty-two, 840-square-foot, two-story, duplex units. Each will have one bedroom, one and a half baths, a private side yard, a small office area, a laundry-storage room, and a walk-in closet.

Another building on the site will include eight, 1-bedroom Midtown Reno apartments. These units will be 540 square feet, and the four ground floor units will include a 180-square-foot private yard.

The property will feature modern and urban finishes with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and polished concrete and vinyl wood flooring. Exteriors will have Bodie Ghost Town wood accents, among other amenities.

Rents will start at $1,400 for a 540-square-foot unit and $1,800 for an 840-square-foot duplex.

The first duplex units are expected to be ready for occupancy in October. A 4,000-square-foot commercial building with retail on the first floor and office space above will also begin construction this fall with a finish date of spring 2020.

The development consists of two, three-story buildings encompassing approximately half a block in build-out. When completed, it will include studio and one-bedroom apartments, and limited two-bedroom apartments. It will be constructed in three phases, with the first building completion expected in late 2020. Residential, hotel and retail construction are expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2023.

As part of phase one of the project, joint developers Reno Land Inc. and Lyon Living of Newport Beach will build three apartment buildings along Grove Street

Construction started in late January on the foundation and first level of a 4.5-story, 316-space parking garage that eventually will be wrapped by a 281-unit multi-level apartment building. Three other buildings, one four-stories tall and two five-stories tall, will include 340 new apartments.
