Dickson Realty has hired Matthew Lipkowitz to serve as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 10 years of accounting and financial experience to the team.

Lipkowitz, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), joins Dickson Realty after working with Unwired Planet, Inc., where he served primarily as a Senior Accountant and the Interim Controller.
Prior to Unwired Planet, Lipkowitz worked as a Tax and Audit Manager for J.A. Solari & Partners where he managed initial budgeting through completion of financial statements for a variety of governmental, not-for-profit and for-profit audits.
Lipkowitz, a Reno native, began his professional career as a Staff Accountant for Solari and Sturmer, LLC. He served this role for three years, preparing and reviewing financial statements for individuals and entities.
Lipkowitz graduated from the University of Nevada in 2009 as a dual-major, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of CPA’s, and he served as Treasurer for the Biggest Little City Movement in 2014.
Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) is a locally owned and operated, full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Downtown Reno and serving all of Northern Nevada.
