Dickson Commercial, part of Dickson Realty, has put together a group of investors and purchased the three-story, 14,017 square foot office building at 333 Holcomb Avenue at the edge of Reno’s downtown and midtown districts. After renovations and remodeling of the largely vacant property, Dickson Commercial will move its headquarters to the second floor of this location. The third floor, totaling 5,500 square feet, will also be renovated and available for lease.

“We decided to make the purchase and the move because of our belief in the downtown and midtown business districts,” said Tom Fennell, broker with Dickson Commercial. “We are and always have been a locally owned Reno firm, and we believe in the future of Reno’s downtown and midtown districts and we want to be a part of that future and growth. In a way, this move is coming full circle considering Dickson’s first office in the 1970s was on Forest Street in Downtown Reno.”

Dickson Commercial is one of the largest and most diverse commercial brokerages in northern Nevada and specializes in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing, as well as commercial property management. The group’s agents provide local, national and international clients in commercial real estate solutions.
