Positive Social Impact Award: Jay Kenny at Caughlin Ranch
Many of our fellow team members are involved with local businesses, charities, and community organizations making a difference. Not only is Jay Kenny one of our top real estate agents, but he is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist. As the owner of DoughBoys Donut Shop, he helped create the DoughBoys Foundation to support community members in need.
Jay is also known to spend his birthday donating toys and his time to the patients at Renown Children’s Hospital. These are just a few of the ways Jay contributes and gives back to our communities.

Being an expert in the real estate industry requires a deep understanding of many areas, including appraisal, development, leasing, marketing, management, selling, and so much more. Employees Of The Year Award
We had to revise our award this year to recognize more than one employee because the accounting department as a team deserved many kudos. Matt Lipkowitz, Caitlin Van Ornum, Dee Sykes, Tom Thorn, and Yvonne Zopp, worked long and hard hours to ensure that our agents, buyers, and sellers had as smooth of an experience a possible—and it couldn’t have been easy. We appreciate their dedication to helping file and process everything for our team. They are nothing short of impressive.
