July sales in Incline Village and Crystal Bay kept up their strong pace with 19 single family homes and 18 condos sales during the month. Average Days on Market have dropped drastically reflecting the shortage of inventory. Both Single Family Homes and Condos have seen an almost 50% decrease in days on market over the prior year. While the inventory is driving shorter times on the market, it is also driving sales prices. Homes that are priced appropriately continue to sell quickly in this market.
