Gayle Winters, REALTOR® with Dickson Realty, the market leader in Reno-Sparks-Lake Tahoe real estate, has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from Council of Residential Specialists.
The CRS designation is a “signal to consumers and other real estate professionals that you are one of the best of the best,” according to the Council of Residential Specialists website. For this designation, Winters has met certain educational and professional requirements required in order to be eligible. Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3 percent are Certified Residential Specialists.
“Having the opportunity to earn this designation would be a benefit to all,” said Winters. “Had it not been for my past clients, this would not have been possible. It will also help my future clients know the caliber of REALTOR they would be working with.”
Winters has been full-time REALTOR® for the last 22 years, and currently works in Dickson Realty’s Damonte Ranch office in south Reno. Her approach is to put her clients first. Listening to what her clients want and staying on top of every detail is what’s important to her.
