Nevada’s Big Give is one extraordinary day to make a real impact to provide future opportunities for students at the Sierra Nevada College. The Elbridge and Debra Stuart Family Foundation will match the first $20,000 that SNC receives from all sources, and the Founder’s Challenge from Trustee Ben Solomon, who will match gifts from faculty, staff, students, and alumni up to $5,000.
Nevada’s Big Give will feature events throughout the day. Festivities and food will begin at 11 a.m. on the Patterson Hall patio. SNC Tahoe Big Give t-shirts will be handed out to givers while supplies last, and everybody who donates will be entered into a raffle, with prizes awarded throughout the day. Students who give will be eligible of a special raffle for one week of On Campus VIP Parking.
In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Sierra Nevada College raised more than any other non-profit in the state. The organizations raising the most during the Big Give receive additional cash prizes – help us maintain our record and keep the college moving toward an even brighter future!
