The median price in November remained the same from October at $260,000. This represents a 9% increase over September, 2014, and is a 16% increase over November, 2013 median home price of $224,900.

With the exception of a dip in August of this year, the average days on market has remained stable since July. This is about the same as one year ago, but down 16% from January and February of this year when the average days on market was 115.
