The Reno market Median Price Per Square Foot continues to rise, up another 5% from July to August. The current price of $134 Per Square Foot is now at the same price from August of 2008. But will it continue. Sellers will continue to be encouraged with the rise, while Buyers are cooling off from the interest rate increases and the “normal” seasonal slowdown.
Sparks Median Price per Square Foot
In the Sparks area the Median Price Per Square Foot took a slight hit from $117 down to $116. Not much to worry about considering we are up 20% from August of 2012. Sellers will continue to be encouraged with the rise, while Buyers are cooling off from the interest rate increases and the “normal” seasonal slowdown.
