The Reno market is still steadily rising in price per square foot. From mid-March we’ve seen am 18%. We’re now at nearly $130 per square foot and Sellers will continue to be encouraged with the rise, and Buyers need to make quick decisions if they want to jump into the market.

In the Sparks area the median price per square foot is continuing to rise. We’ve gone from $94 in mid-march to $112 in mid-August…that’s a 19% gain in just 5 months. Sellers are happy and Buyers need to jump in quickly before prices get higher.
