Incline Village real estate activity remains strong during the first two weeks of December. Because this is a slower real estate time of year with the holidays fast approaching, we are seeing declines in inventory with homes selling but fewer listings being offered for sale.

During the first two weeks in December, there have been 6 new listings, 12 price changes and 80 status changes that include homes that are back on market, homes that have sold or homes that have expired listings.

23 homes went in escrow and 18 homes have sold in Incline Village and Crystal Bay so far in December.
