What is Down Payment Resource?
Down Payment Resource is a web based tool designed to simplify the process of finding home buyer assistance programs and eligible for sale homes. It is the real estate industry’s first product to aggregate information on down payment assistance programs unique to specific market areas and integrates the details into the multiple listing service data for homes on the market. The tool helps bridge the down payment gap by connecting eligible home buyers and eligible properties to available assistance funds.
How to Search
It is simple! As you search for properties on DicksonRealty.com, you will find a DPR icon 
displayed on any property listings that are eligible for one of more down payment assistance programs. From the Property Details page, one click on the icon takes you to specific details about the program and its criteria and a form to find out if you qualify.
