It’s almost the final month of summer, and as most Northern Nevadans know, time for checking out the classic cars at Hot August Nights. This year the event will kick off on Friday July 31st in Historic Virginia City, NV. Events on Friday will begin at 10 a.m. and continue through the evening. There will not only be the classic cars cruising through town, but various booths to check out Hot August Nights merchandise and a raffle. Hot August Nights will have events all over the Reno/Sparks area from August 1st through August 9th. Victorian Square, Nugget Casino Resort, & Baldini’s are places to check out in Sparks for the week. In Reno, the hot spots for the week’s events are Grand Sierra Resort, Atlantis Casino Resort, Peppermill Casino Resort, Silver Legacy, & Harrah’s Reno.
