For the Reno/Sparks areas, active inventory and number of sales were both up over the previous month. All indicators reflect an upward trend in all areas.
For the Truckee and North/West Lake Tahoe areas, active inventory and number of sales were both up over the previous month, but because the ratio of sold/actives increased, the months of inventory is down for both single family homes and condos/town homes.
