North Lake Tahoe SNOWFEST is a 10-day event that celebrates all the best North Lake Tahoe has to offer. Visitors will enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment, from live music and snow sports competitions, to heritage displays and historical tours. And all proceeds benefit local organizations, student scholarships, and public programs throughout the area.

Dashing Through the Snow – 55+ Snowshoe Hikes

IVGID Senior Programs is offering guided snowshoe hikes every Tuesday. Bring your own gear and join for a light to moderate level snowshoe outing at various locations throughout the beautiful Sierra. Following the hikes, relax and socialize with fellow snowshoers and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local eating establishment. Hikes are subject to current weather conditions and snow is required. Please bring a day pack, water, snowshoes, goggles, winter apparel and camera. Hikes are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays through March.

4th Annual Luggi Foeger Uphill/Downhill Festival & SkiMo Race
