This store is going to be located at 1300 Disc Drive in the Sparks Suburban area. Some of the neighborhoods it will serve are The Vistas, Kiley Ranch, Apen Glen, Wingfield Springs, and D’Andrea. The median price for single homes in the Sparks Suburban area for the 1st Quarter of 2017 was $330,000. Just slightly above the median for the entire Reno-Sparks area.
