We’re proud to announce that Amy Shocket, one of our top producing agents who is highly involved with our community, will be honored at the Nevada Women’s Fund’s annual Salute to Women of Achievement.
Part of the Dickson family since 2006, Amy is a dedicated leader. With her extensive understanding of the industry and exceptional negotiating abilities, she consistently helps her clients navigate the Northern Nevada real estate market. She holds many professional REALTOR industry designations. Amy devotes a lot of time to leading several real estate groups, and she has been honored numerous times for her work.
In addition to her industry achievements, Amy also volunteers and gives back to help others in the Northern Nevada community grow. As a board member and chair of the Nevada Women’s Fund’s marketing committee, she supports the organization’s mission to raise financial contributions and other resources to support northern Nevada women and families.
Amy is one of the passionate, dedicated, confident, energetic, and successful women who are part of the Dickson Family. Together, they represent our company’s values and culture in recognizing and supporting the community’s needs. These women are also part of a long line of women leaders at Dickson. Fianna Dickson, founded our company. Our current CEO, Nancy Fennell, and our vice president of Luxury, Rebecca Dickson, continue that legacy of female leadership today.
“Every day, through her commitment to excellence and community, Amy truly shows what it means to be a Dickson Realty agent,” Fennell, one of the early members of the Nevada Women’s Fund, said. “She is a vital part of our company, and we are thrilled to see her contributions recognized.”
This year, the Nevada Women’s Fund will live stream the Salute to Women of Achievement event in partnership with KTVN Channel 2 News. The event at noon on May 27 will continue the organization’s tradition of recognizing and celebrating the outstanding women in our Northern Nevada community. The luncheon is one of the organization’s major fundraisers. It supports its work of identifying critical social needs and addressing them through individual education scholarships and grants to northern Nevada non-profit organizations.
