What drives you to achieve excellence?
Helping clients and agents succeed is our biggest motivator. We love helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership, and at the same time, providing opportunities for our real estate agents to support their families.
What do you love about working with Dickson Realty?
Dickson Realty is the best brokerage in Northern Nevada because of its incredible impact on the market and its unapparelled culture. Dickson is the most supportive and hands-on brokerage out there.
What’s your prediction for the Northern Nevada real estate market?
If we could predict the future of our market, then we would be millionaires. Local and national economic experts say that we will see an increase in people buying homes with appropriate lending measures, healthy remote workforces, and business-friendly governance. However, this won’t provide a solution to Northern Nevada’s high housing costs and low inventory levels. We’d love to see more home developments to minimize the current gap between demand and supply.
How do you give back to our community?
Dickson Realty cares deeply about donating to charitable causes, and as real estate agents, we can designate a percentage of our commissions to help the community. In 2021, the Allison Group plans on contributing to the Boys And Girls Club Of Truckee Meadows and the University of Nevada, Reno. We enjoy helping at-risk youth by volunteering our time at local food drives, homeless shelters, and local community outreach programs.
What’s a local insider tip you’d like to share with our readers?
People need to move here to experience what it means to call Nevada home. It’s hard to have only one local insider tip or go-to secret spot. Northern Nevada has the best hiking trails, water and winter sports, and an incredible community of people.
