arks area for more than three decades, Carol Bond guides clients through the process of purchasing a home. She takes pride in her commitment to professionalism. In her free time, Bond enjoys skiing, horseback riding, traveling, and hanging out at home with her rescue animals.

Chris Galli
Chris Galli is a fifth-generation Nevadan who works with local and national corporate clients on their relocation efforts as a Dickson Executive Team member and the Broker/Manager of the Downtown Reno office. He is determined to improve the lives of others by using the Dickson community-driven approach.
Galli leads outreach and fundraising efforts as the chair of the advisory board for the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada, Reno. Sarah Hughes
With a background in counseling and educational psychology, Sarah Hughes is a Realtor dedicated to understanding her clients’ needs. Hughes enjoys all that Northern Nevada has to offer and wants to share it with the community.
Hughes believes in maintaining an active lifestyle and is secretary for the board of Upstate Nevada and serves on its fundraising committee. Mary Jurkonis is a Realtor for Dickson Realty and enjoys providing local knowledge and market expertise to clients searching for a home in the Incline Village area. As a former publisher of the North Lake Tahoe community’s newspaper, Jurkonis followed the market closely to keep readers informed. Now, she focuses on providing clients with up-to-date information to ease the process of buying a home.

She addresses critical needs issues as a board member and chair of the Nevada Women’s Fund’s marketing committee.
