Community Foundation of Western Nevada
Giving back to the community through philanthropy and leadership, the Community Foundation of Western Nevada is a permanent charitable resource in Nevada. Eddy House
Eddy House works tirelessly to provide resources and shelter to homeless and at-risk youth. Functioning as a safety net for Reno’s younger population, Eddy House offers a breadth of services, including counseling and job development skills. Food Bank of Northern Nevada
Food Bank of Northern Nevada, a local nonprofit organization, provides emergency food services to community members struggling with hunger. Partnered with a network of agencies and direct service programs, Food Bank of Northern America provided more than 20.9 million meals to families in need last year. Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe
The Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe is dedicated to saving and improving pets’ lives through adoption, community spay/neuter, and humane education programs. Founded in 1994 by a group of committed volunteers, the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe has become a driving force in animal rescue and adoption for the Truckee region. Nevada Museum of Art
Inspired by Nevada’s rich history, the Nevada Museum of Arts gives back to the community through meaningful art and cultural experiences. Sierra Community House
Sierra Community House is the result of the union of four long-standing social service organizations — Family Resource Center of Truckee, North Tahoe Family Resource Center, Tahoe SAFE Alliance, and Project MANA. Its goal is better to serve our region, share resources, leverage partnerships, and connect individuals and families with the services they need to thrive and build the strength, safety, and resilience of the community. Sierra Senior Services
Sierra Senior Services provides home-delivered meals, community dining, and social connection, and coordinates additional support services that empower seniors to continue living independently. Step 2
