Silver Peak Building on Wonder Street For Sale
Sometimes called “Wonder Peak,” Silver Peak Restaurant & Brewery on Wonder Street is listed for sale at $1.8 million. Established in 1999, it is one of the longest standing breweries in Northern Nevada. The sale includes more than $300,000 in restaurant and brewery equipment available and a 10-barrel direct fired brewhouse with the capacity to brew more than 6,000 kegs per year.
St. Ives Florist Building on Wells Avenue for Sale
The building that houses St. Ives Florist on Wells Avenue is for sale for $990,000. This almost 2,500-square-foot building is located on the corner of Thoma Street and Wells Avenue. The property could be developed to have a drive-through, and the sale includes a large walk-in cooler.
New German Restaurant Set To Open In Wells Neighborhood
Duncan Mitchell, owner of Chapel Tavern, is getting ready to open Von Bismarck, a new German-influenced restaurant selling food, beer, wine, and spirits.

This recently renovated office and retail space at the corner of Wells Avenue and Ryland Street is home to several businesses and restaurants. Code Coffee currently serves up food and drinks and gives a 20% discount to past and present first responders and military personnel. Dorinda’s Chocolates, a local chocolatier, is also expanding into the building with production and offices.
