The Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® (RSAR) has officially opened submissions for its third annual “REALTORS® Build A Better Block” project. RSAR is looking for projects designed to transform a current public space into a place for the community to gather offering a positive cultural or economic impact in the community. The project selected will receive funding and assistance to plan, organize and implement the project to make the neighborhood a better place to live, work and play.
