David settled here in the High Sierra in 1984 after a career as an IBM mainframe computer consultant, working in major cities around the world. He was attracted to the healthy Truckee lifestyle, and the opportunity to indulge his appetites for skiing and backpacking right out of his back door.
David applies his energy and appetites to both his work and play. His clients have found that his technical aptitudes, attention to detail and excellent communication skills facilitate both smooth and efficient real estate transactions. This is evidenced by his repeat business and significant referral base.
As well as being an experienced negotiator, David shares his expert local knowledge and significant snow country experience when working with his clients, taking care and pride in explaining the myriad technical aspects and “outside the box”, lateral thinking that needs to be applied when evaluating mountain properties.
David is very disciplined, and monitors the real estate market and inventory unfailingly on a daily basis. He and his wife Lynette built their home in Tahoe Donner, incorporating all of the design, comfort considerations and experience acquired from decades of High Sierra living.
