In market news this week, we are going to take a look at the trends in median price and average days on market for homes in the Reno/Sparks area.
The median home price for the Reno/Sparks region had a slight dip in September after three months of stability, but then rebounded in October with an 8.8% increase to $260,000. This is also a 21% increase compared to October 2013.
The average days on market ticked down 1% to 95 in October. This is about the same as one year ago, but down 17% from the high of 115 days on market back in January and February of this year.
