Now here’s some market news regarding our housing inventory and sales from Dickson Realty.
According to the Northern Nevada Regional MLS, the total number of homes available for purchase in the Reno/Sparks region on November 1st was 1,300. This is a slight decrease from October 1st but an 18.6% decrease from Septemer 1st, and about where we were back in July.
The number of properties sold in October dropped slightly from September’s 606, but is still up 9.6% from July.
Median sales price in October was $234,900, which is down from July and August, but up after a small decline in September.
