The Reno market Average Price per Square Foot remained steady at $145 per Square Foot. Although inventory has increased, there was a slight decline of 2% in sales for May. The flattening of the market is most likely due to the lower price point of available inventory right now.

Sparks Market

At $130 per Square Foot in May of this year, the Sparks market continues to creep up by $1 or $2 per month since February. This continual rise in price is most likely due to the low inventory right now which is causing competition and driving up prices.
