The Reno market Average Price per Square Foot continues to range around $135 with a slight drop in January to $133 per Square Foot. Even as we hover in this price range, it is still a 22% increase from January of 2012.

Sparks Market

At $122 per Square Foot in January of this year, the Sparks market has remained steady around $121 per Square Foot for the last 4 months. This is a large increase though of 31% from prices a year ago at $93.4 per Square Foot in January of 2012.
