Reno Average Price per Square Foot
In the last 3 months, Reno has seen a 6% increase in the Median Price per Square Foot. In July we were at $127 per square foot and we have increased to $135 per square foot.
Sparks Average Price per Square Foot
In the Sparks area, the median price per square foot is still on the rise. Prices have gone from $117 in July to $119 in September. It took a slight dip down to $116 in August but jumped back up 3% in September.
Though the price growth has slowed, Sellers will continue to be encouraged with the rise, while Buyers are cooling off from the interest rate increases and the “normal” seasonal slowdown.
