Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate Market Update – May 2013
May 2013 sales in Incline Village and Crystal Bay, Nevada, continue to be strong with 25 single family homes and 12 condos sales during the month. Days on market is dropping with single family homes average days on market falling by almost 50%. Median sales prices are also increasing in both the single family and condo segments. Inventory is still down, but growing for the summer season. Homes that are priced appropriately continue to sell quickly in this market.
