Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate Market Update for February 2013

February 2013 sales in Incline Village and Crystal Bay have increased significantly over prior year, with 16 single family homes and 9 condos selling during the month.  Average days on market are coming down and the median sales price has increased over 150% for a single family home and condo sales price are on a steady rise.  Inventory is still down, but homes that are priced appropriately will sell quickly in this market.

For the first week of March, 3 homes and 2 condos have sold and 5 new listings have hit the market.  An additional 14 homes have gone into contract.
