Last year (2012) in TD we are seeing sales and prices of single family homes very similar to what they were in late 2002 / early 2003. Which was the start of the real estate market boom that peaked in 2005/2006? Real Estate being cyclical and looking at the sales data in the last 10 years we could be looking at an upswing in 2013 both in price and sales. Price is based on demand and with the demand being high in Tahoe Donner with low inventory, prices and interest rates we could expect to see an increase in prices in 2013.
