As you can see from the data below the Sparks Suburban area has seen the largest number of homes sell so far this month. This area includes the Vistas, Kiley Ranch, and Mesa Meadows. Homes sold for an average of about 96% of asking in the Sparks area with an average of about 136 days on the market.

Of the homes sold so far this month in the Sparks area, 14 have been bank owned – that is 60.8% of the homes sold. There were 2 short sales closed and the balance were traditional sales. Overall bank owned and short sales accounted for 69.5% of the sales so far this month.
As of today we have 731 active listings in these areas and 203 pending sales.
