In the past 3 months, the median price of non-distressed sales in Reno/Sparks have continued to increase, with the price being $229,950 in April, increasing to $236,250 in May, and rising even more to $254,000 in June.

At the same time, the average days on market has decreased for non-distressed sales, indicating that our market is experiencing low levels of inventory.

Short sales and REO properties account for a small percentage of our overall market due to our increasing prices, resulting in more homeowners being in a positive equity position. This is great news for our homeowners in our market.
